Chef Susan Collins was born and raised in Spain, where she discovered her love for the culinary arts while working in several family-owned restaurants. At the age of 12, Chef's family settled in Indiana after her father retired from the US Navy.
Growing up, she continued to develop her passion for food while cooking alongside her mother, father, and extended family, where she learned many new and different styles of cultural foods. She then started cooking for friends in her neighborhood...and the rest is history!
Over the past 3 decades, Chef Susan has cooked in, managed, and operated kitchens in restaurants, hotels, catering companies - including her own - and private homes. She has a passion for creating custom menus that support local farmers, butchers, brewers, and businesses. She finds joy in delighting her clients and exceeding their expectations by giving them exceptional culinary experiences.
